The time spent onboard must be equal to that of the most luxurious hotels in existence. The food that one finds on board the luxury liners is the best. In many instances, you will find that the meal menus have been planned and developed by world-renowned chefs.
Accommodations has to be so exquisite that the only thing that would lure one away from such luxury would be what intriguing events lie beyond the stateroom doors. The crew and service personnel have to be at the top of the list in their respective fields. There is only one concern they must have on board and that is the care and well-being of each guest. If an individual employee on these ships is not happy at what they do, then they are not likely to be on staff for very long.
