Originally based in Koh Chang, Health Retreats Thailand (Natural High Health Retreat) opened in 2003. In 2006 we relocated to Koh Samui in the Gulf of Thailand. We are a British managed team who are passionate about bringing quality personalized treatments to customers at a price they can afford. We specialize in providing individual care and quality services.
At Natural High we are determined to bring you a taste of the real Siam, in what we believe to be the best possible natural environment, to clear your mind and cleanse your body. Being a small private Retreat we are able to focus on a one to one personalized approach. We only ever have a small number of customers at any one time guaranteeing you a totally relaxed and quiet atmosphere.
Natural High is based in a lovingly restored, one hundred year old Thai teak house surrounded by lush tropical gardens with magnificent views of the outlying islands, in the fishing village of Thong Krut on the Southern tip of Koh Samui.
We offer a range of Fasting and Detoxification programs including Colonic Irrigation and our aim is to offer you a unique insight into how simple and easy fasting can be, how gentle and natural it should be and to help people who are increasingly concerned about the levels of toxins that surround them in their daily lives and environment. We also offer a full range of Facials, steam room treatments, Body Scrubs & Massages using the finest natural & herbal ingredients from around the world.
Finally for those of you requiring complete privacy, anonymity and seclusion then this is the right place for you.
Natural High provides and stocks a number of highly original treatments. All are completely natural, safe and many are home made.We have searched far and wide to bring you the best, freshest ingredients at all times, with some ingredients taking a considerable time to source. Many come from as far away as China, Guatemala, USA, India and Europe.
Please note that at Natural High, our aim is a far more personalized service that is not available at the larger fasting facilities. You will never share your time at Natural High with more than 5 other people, unlike other establishments which cater for up to 80 fasters. Whilst our prices are on occasion higher than our competitors, we can assure you that there is no other retreat in South East Asia that offers the level of care and attention that you will experience here.
The treatments on our menu include Custom-Made Fig and Cassis Body Scrub or “Natures Potions 7 Step Facial”, Hot Herbal Compress for aches and pains and The Amazing Detoxifying Hot Tub. We also have our Garden Herbal Steam Room.
Our unusual range of products are being constantly updated to give you the most effective and original choices around. Naturally, we offer a wide range of massages by fully qualified Thai masseuses in a wonderfully natural and rustic setting using fine oils, gentle sounds and an expert touch.

We have four beautiful villas set back in the mountains with a pool, offering space, comfort and fine service to keep you totally relaxed during your stay. Each air con villa has a living room, equipped with sound system, kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom. We provide a shuttle service between your villa and Natural High for your convenience. These are priced at 1500 Thai baht per night. We are also happy to arrange collection and drop off at the airport or ferry. If, of course it is total unadulterated luxury that you require then The Royal Meridian is just 2 km from Natural High, rooms start at 165$ to 455$ per night.
