Is it safe to go Thailand? Half the time we are in Bangkok, but the other half we are in the southwestern part of the country in Krabi. I haven't really thought too much about it, but my mother is freaking out. I've traveled pretty extensively, but never around
Is it only Bangkok that is unsafe at present? Inside Krabi Bangkok is safe at the moment. As safe of New York and London but may be a little better than Afghanistan! There is no problem in the south where Democrat Party supporters are (wonder why) so you can pretty much go to those places.
